Lisa joined the U.S. Navy immediately following graduation from High School where she spent 6 years serving her country. She started in the insurance industry in 1990 working for an insurance agent in Boerne, Texas.  In March of 2002, she started Lisa Nickels Insurance Agency.  As an independent insurance agent, her primary focus is to find insurance companies that are both competitively priced and comprehensive in coverage.  Exceptional customer service is a must in her office. April Northrup
Account Manager/ Insurance specialist

April began her insurance career in 1999 with State Farm in Texas. She joined the Lisa Nickels Insurance team in 2002.  Her passion for customer satisfaction is infectious.  She is licensed to sell Home and Auto Insurance, and her primary focus is Sales for customers’ names beginning with letters M - Z.  April can be reached at april@lisanickelsinsurance.com or ext. 224.

 

Jamie Stalcup
Customer Service Representative

Jamie Stalcup has been in the customer service field for over 5 years, and she joined the Lisa Nickels team in 2007. She is licensed to sell home and auto insurance. Her duties include assisting the account managers and providing service to our existing clients. Her outgoing, friendly personality makes her a vital part of our service department. Kim Parmeter
Agent

Kim Parmeter has been in the insurance industry since 1995.  She is very experienced in personal lines.  She now has the new role as Commercial Assistant to Misti Cox in the Commercial Department.  Her customer service has always been and will always be phenomenal, as she strives for customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and guidelines. Melanie Frith
Customer Service Representative

Melanie Frith began her insurance career in 1994 with New York Life in Texas. She joined the Lisa Nickels Insurance team in 2005.  She is very well rounded in her insurance knowledge. Misti Cox
Commercial Lines Representative

Misti has been in the insurance industry for eleven years and joined Lisa Nickels Insurance in 2003.  She handles all commercial lines, life, and health insurance. This includes, but is not limited to, Commercial General Liability, Excess Liability, Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, Equipment Coverage, Special Event Coverage, Professional Liability, Group Health, Dental & Life, Individual Health, and more. Nikki Cunningham
Customer Service Representative

Nikki started her insurance career in 2001 with State Farm in Texas.  Since joining the Lisa Nickels Insurance team in 2003, her personality and zest for life make her a great addition to the team. Rhonda Revels
Marketing Representative

Rhonda joined Lisa Nickels Insurance in 2005. Originally she was hired for clerical duties, however her outgoing personality earned her a promotion to outside marketing representative. Rhonda’s primary duties include marketing to real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and to captive agents such as State Farm for referrals for risks they are unable to place within their agency. Rossmery Galdamez
Agent

Rossmery Galdamez began her insurance career in 2000 in Southern California.  She joined the Lisa Nickels Insurance team in 2007 and is licensed to sell both Auto and Home insurance.  Her insurance experience working as an Independent agent is a great asset, and she works with customers having last names beginning with A – G.  She speaks both English and Spanish. Shelley Arteta
Account Manager/Insurance specialist

Shelley started her insurance career in 1998 with Specialty Insurance Agency in New Jersey. Patti Tansey
Bookkeeper

Patti has been in the banking industry for 15 years and joined Lisa Nickels Insurance team in 2003.  Her attention to detail and work ethics make her an invaluable and trusted member of the staff. Patti’s primary position includes processing all incoming and outgoing checks, and various other bookkeeping duties, not limited  to but including paying bills, payroll, supplies, and the gift card referral program.  Patti can be reached at patti@lisanickelsinsurance.com or ext. 226.
