Personal Lines Sales Account Manager:  Is responsible for prospecting, soliciting, quoting, and selling new Auto, Home, Life and Health insurance.

Job description:  Forms referral relationships with the assistance of the marketing manager.  Responds to referral quickly and efficiently; pays close attention to detail when preparing quotes; issues policies and follows up to confirm policy issuance; obtains all required signatures for the file. 

Remarkets renewals and solicits other lines of business with the goal of having 90% of their accounts have more than just one line of insurance.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:  Some college education is preferred, but not required or equivalent insurance/sales experience; Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with others.  Must be able to explain complex issues, to receive and interpret complex information, and to
respond appropriately. Ability to understand written and oral communication and to interpret abstract information.  Ability to generate new business sales, retain existing business, and to close sales in insurance. Must have great attention to detail and organization skills, and be able to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Property, Casualty, Life, and Health License, preferred but willing to train the right candidate who has natural sales abilities….
 
Commercial Lines Sales Account Manager:  Is responsible for prospecting, soliciting, quoting, and selling new Commercial Lines insurance which includes General Liability, Workers Comp, Builders Risk, Commercial Auto, Commercial Property, Commercial Packages, Garage Liability, Farm & Ranch,  Errors & Omissions, Directors & Officers, Motor Truck Cargo, Fidelity & Surety Bonds, and Commercial Umbrella.

Job description:  Forms referral relationships with the assistance of the marketing manager.  Responds to referral quickly and efficiently; pays close attention to detail when preparing quotes; issues policies and follows up to confirm policy issuance; obtains all required signatures for the file.

Customer Service Representative: Performs the essential functions of the position, which include supporting the service needs of clients.

Job description:  Assists clients with making coverage changes and completes all service requests for clients. Handles direct-billed “walk-in” and call in payments. Verifies coverage status processes, as appropriate. Assists clients in submitting first reports of claims. Obtains adjustors
information, facilitates prompt response from company staff and follow up on claims status to keep insureds informed and to work toward settlement of claims.  Informs clients of policy changes, exclusions of coverage and insurance coverage needs. Explains coverages and exclusions to clients. Uses every service contact as opportunity to review and market appropriate coverage.  Processes incoming mail requests and responds promptly and appropriately.
